A trio of accomplished jazz and pop all stars celebrate the iconic songbook of Paul Simon with original arrangements of classics and deep cuts.

During his distinguished career spanning seven decades, musician Paul Simon has produced an unparalleled body of work including timeless masterpieces, such as Bridge Over Troubled Water, Sounds of Silence, and Graceland. Venerated as one of the greatest songwriters of all time and “popular music’s premier poet of the human condition,” Simon has received 16 Grammy Awards and has been twice inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. He is a member of the Songwriters Hall of Fame, a recipient of the Kennedy Center Honors, and was presented the Library of Congress’ inaugural Gershwin Prize for Popular Song, which recognizes the profound and positive effect of popular music on the world’s culture.

Laura Ann Singh is a multilingual American singer, recording artist and composer, often associated with musica popular brasileira and Latin boleros. She has performed internationally in Europe, Russia, and South America, and with Miramar has been featured on NPR’s Tiny Desk and headlined globalFEST in New York City. She has recorded with Daptone Records, Barbès Records, and Electric Cowbell as well as dozens of independent recordings. Her repertoire pulls from all over Latin America, especially Brazil, but includes American Songbook standards, women composers, and original music. In 2025, Laura Ann began recording with Rosette, a Richmond-based string quartet. She is a founding member of the internationally acclaimed ensemble Miramar. In September of 2024, Miramar released their second album, Entre Tus Flores, on Ansonia Records in January of 2025.

Daniel Clarke is a pianist, songwriter, arranger, and prolific instrumentalist with deep roots in Richmond, Virginia. Daniel’s eclectic and prodigious musicianship has made him a sought after collaborator by artists such as k.d. lang, Ryan Adams, The War on Drugs, Mandy Moore, Jason Mraz, John D'earth, and René Marie.

Bassist Jimmy Masters has played with numerous jazz legends over nearly 40 years, including Ellis Marsalis, Cyrus Chestnut, Justin Kauflin, Chuck Mangione, Randy Brecker, Veronica Swift, Kurt Elling, Peter Bernstein, Chris Whiteman, Herb Ellis, Charlie Byrd, Carter Beauford, Tommy Emanuel, John D'Earth, and Rex Richardson.
