BARTENDER
Révéler serves classic cocktails, signature drinks, mocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages - along with a solid menu of food options. Our bartenders are experts at crafting beverages, serving our guests with style, and sometimes even jumping on stage to sing or bang on the congas. Bartending at Révéler requires a funky spark, as our service experiences compliment the variety of shows on stage and off.
What you'll do:
- Craft exceptional cocktails with speed and consistency.
- Provide exceptional service, even when the music is loud and the party borders on chaos. Other shows can be as quiet as a library, and requires more discrete maneuvers.
- Maintain the bar, resupply stock, provision supplies before, during, and after shows.
- Collaborate with the kitchen, show producer, and concierge staff to ensure a consistent service experience during performances.
- Leave the place in tip-top shape at the end of the night.
About you:
- Over 21 years old (duh).
- Experience with high-end hospitality preffered.
APPLY NOWBAR BACK / SERVICE RUNNER
The centerpiece of Révéler's guest experience is the performance on stage. Our kitchen and bar service standards require an attentive steward: someone who can deliver plates ordered by guests, then resupply a case of wine, then wash a bin of martini glasses. Our bar backs and service runners are excellent multitaskers who can attend to staff and guests no matter how wild or calm any show might be. As with all of our positions at Révéler, this one requires a knack for improvisation.
What you'll do:
- Maintain a seamless service flow between the kitchen, the bar, and guests.
- Ensure all tables and chairs are clean: clear used glasses and plates, remove debris, and thoroughly sanitize surfaces.
- Assist the kitchen and bar staff with supplies, glassware, plates, utensils, and equipment maintenance before, during, and after shows.
- Collaborate with the kitchen, show producer, and concierge staff to ensure a consistent service experience during performances. This can include tasks like resupplying paper in a restroom, to running to the grocery store for batteries.
- Responsible for efficient recycling and removing trash in all areas of the venue.
- Leave the kitchen area in tip-top shape at the end of the night.
About you:
- Over 18.
- Experience with high-end hospitality preffered.

Révéler offers a menu of substantial small plates tailored to our nightclub vibes, from healthy vegetarian options to baked classics. Our kitchen staff craft each plate with care - and provide service in close collaboration with the bar staff.
What you'll do:
- Produce every menu item with speed and exceptional consistency.
- Prep ingredients and stations according to service plans.
- Provision stock and supplies for all menu items.
- Collaborate with the bar staff, show producer, and concierge staff to ensure a consistent service experience during performances.
- Maintain and clean kitchen equipment rigorously.
- Leave the place in tip-top shape at the end of the night.
About you:
- Over 18.
- Experience with ServSafe certification and Virginia Department of Health compliance requirements.
- Experience with high-end hospitality preffered.
