THE LAST REAL CIRCUS

Whimsical, captivating, and imaginative. The Last Real Circus Show takes you on a journey through the transportive power of inspirational music." – POSTIVE IMPACT MAGAZINE

The Last Real Circus (TLRC) is an Americana Indie group with revolving members surrounding Founder and Singer-Songwriter Jason Farlow. While the band was founded in Washington, DC, Jason has his roots deeply founded in his home base of Richmond, VA (RVA). Jason & TLRC have quickly gained a big following with loyal fans from all over, with their soulful heartbeat singles, “Nottoway,” and “Chaplin's Life.”

The band's stripped back raw sound draws heavily from artists that influenced them including: King's of Leon, Black Crows, Tom Petty, Alabama Shakes, The Head and the Heart, Mt. Joy, The Lumineers. They are known for their energetic stage presence, storytelling and overall musicianship.

Opening the show is indie singer-songwriter, Trinity Waters. Based in Costa Rica, Trinity writes her music drawing inspiration from the beach, creating acoustic melodies and lyrics that capture the gentle complexities of life. Her soft and airy voice, accompanied by the delicate strums of an acoustic guitar, blends nostalgic and bittersweet feelings, resulting in an ethereal effect that brings listeners to reconnect with those moments buried in time.

2025 Richmond International Film Festival is one of the largest international competitive film festivals in the Mid-Atlantic, brings more than 160 cutting edge film premiers to Richmond, Virginia plus nightly local, national and international music performances, panels and Q&As, the red carpet awards, mixers, and more all of which usher the spirit of Hollywood into RVA.
