Révéler presents a magical, intoxicating holiday cabaret show packed with exceptional performers and wild surprises.

This edition edition of the cabaret features MATT & CAROLINE'S CURIOUS QUINTET, bringing together the seasoned artistry of bandleader, trumpet player, and vocalist Matt Fattal with the wide-ranging creativity of singer, songwriter, vocalist, and thereminist Caroline Scruggs. Their music draws from the golden age of swing, New Orleans jazz, and classic American song, re-imagined with fresh energy. Inspired by legends like Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Prima, the Quintet blends timeless style with playful exploration. The ensemble weaves together Matt’s vibrant horn with Caroline’s expressive voice and otherworldly theremin textures. With a repertoire that dances across eras and moods, the Curious Quintet creates an experience that feels both familiar and unexpected, offering audiences a lively journey where tradition and imagination meet. This band includes Matt Fattal (trumpet/vocals), Caroline Scruggs (vocals/theremin/washboard); John Winn (clarinet/tenor sax); Stu Kindle (banjo); and Jordan Ponzi (bass).

The show is emceed by QING BLAZE (Style Weekly's Best of Richmond, 2025) and JO'RIE TIGERLILY - a powerhouse team whose performances challenge the boundaries of burlesque and drag.

Based in Richmond, Virginia, Qing Blaze rules his stage with sensual story telling and a love for classic R&B and soul music while creating a unique blend of draglesque. Inspired by kings of the past like Stormé DeLarverie and Gladys Bentley, Qing is the embodiment of gender-bending royalty. Qing is one of the four founding members of the Nu Rodeo Caldonia, a queer POC performance art collective based in Richmond, Virginia. You can catch him humping stages all across the DMV area and beyond.

New Jersey built and Richmond bloomed, Jo'Rie Tigerlily is poised to rip your face off in the sexiest way possible. Known as the Ferocious Flower, she always brings the house down with her untiring energy and never fails to leave audiences wanting more! With a background in all things music and theater, this singer, dancer, mover and shaker is no stranger to the stage. Her accomplishments include being chosen for the Movers, Shakers and Innovators showcase at the 2023 Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekender, a featured performer for the 2022 Colorado Burlesque Festival, performing in Jeezy’s Juke Joint (Chicago), The Show Me Burlesque Festival (St. Louis) and claiming the Burlesque Bunny title at the 2016 Edmonton Burlesque Festival (Alberta,ON). She is a student, an instructor, a choreographer, and a producer in her local Richmond burlesque scene. Additionally she is a founding member of the recently established RVA artist collective Nu Rodeo Caldonia. She can frequently be found shimmying and shaking all over the state of Virginia. A furious force of passion and power, raising your adrenaline one performance at a time.

The show also features sets from the fantastic comedian ANDRE (comedy from a black queer perspective); the astonishing burlesque of DARSHE DAZZLES; and drag by VAGENESIS, the black bearded beauty and the tallest, hairiest petite woman in Washington DC.
