Sunday Soundtracks is back at Révéler, with a renewed focus on exploratory electronics, spotlighting three different approaches to the artform.

Fusing folk instrumentation and sound collage, Gregory Darden transports you into a lost 70's film soundtrack. Formerly a member of sonic sound trio Cristal and currently one half of psychedelic drone duo Fyt, Gregory’s solo project is finally taking flight.

Breakfast at Synthphonies is the current musical project of Orin Rainock. The idea came first: a YouTube channel of himself playing synthesizers while cooking up breakfast. Now, the artist has composed hundreds of heady songs and developed a musical language all his own.

Afrofuturist electronics takes top billing in the form of JHz a.k.a JoVia Armstrong. While not a total departure from her jazz and funk roots, this project centers ambient environments and subtle textures. Each performance unfolds in real time, inviting audiences into a contemplative space where technology, spirituality, and Black sonic imagination converge.
