Révéler kicks off the 2024 season with another magical, intoxicating cabaret show packed with exceptional performers and wild surprises.

This cabaret variety show features a latin jazz quartet, vibrant burlesque and drag, a glamorous hobo, an ersatz reverend, champagne, elegant snacks, and one rather hilarious game. Not all at the same time, of course.

Latin jazz quartet Alejandro’s Nephews are famous for their fascinating rhythms: from authentic samba, rumba, and cha-cha-cha, to paso doble, and jive. Wear dancing shoes.

Vocalist Carmel Clavin and multi-instrumentalist Reverend Bill Howard conjure songs of love, loss, and gothic soul. Carmel is also the emcee for the evening, which may or may not include a memorable performance that involves a bowl of grapes and a lucky volunteer from the audience.

Bringing the burlesque fire is legendary goddess, Jo’Rie Tigerlily. Known as the Ferocious Flower, she always brings the house down with her electrifying dances and that will have everyone in the room with a racing heart.

Qing Blaze is 804’s own gender-bending royalty. Inspired by drag king greats such as Stormé DeLarverie and Gladys Bentley and good old nasty R&B, Qing is the baby daddy of Richmond burlesque.
