For years musicians have been coming together on Monday nights to celebrate music, arts, creativity and community. Join Calvin, Jackson, Pete and the rest of the house band for the debut of Play 2 Much at Révéler. Bring your instrument, voice, song, poetry and/or vibes to the stage and create a special moment with the people around you as Calvin curates a one of a kind night for everyone to enjoy.

Jazz pianist and singer/songwriter Calvin Brown began playing piano in church at the age of 13. After graduating from Berklee School of Music he performed regularly in New York City and toured in the United States and Europe with Lady Rose Watson’s “Gospel Angels,” and others. He serves as a regular keyboard player for many of central Virginia’s most esteemed musical groups. He has worked extensively as a keyboardist, arranger, and musical director. Calvin’s original music, billed as Calvin Presents, is performed by his seven-piece band, synthesizing his roots in jazz and gospel music with neo-soul, hip-hop, alt rock and trap music, forging an adventurous and soulful live experience. Calvin currently teaches jazz piano at The University of Virginia.

With only 100 seats, shows at Révéler are intimate and immersive. A romantic venue with exquisite sound and dreamy vibes, Révéler offers a unique selection of cocktails, wines, beers, bubbles, and non-alcoholic beverages. Our kitchen delivers small plates crafted with care.
